These delivery and sales terms apply to transactions between the online store and telephone sales operated by Poimu Oy (Business ID: 3544280-2) at https://poimu.eu/ and the customer. By ordering products from the online store or by telephone, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
Poimu sells products to private individuals, associations, and companies in mainland Finland. If you wish to order our products to Åland or other EU countries, please contact our customer service to arrange the delivery method and costs.
These delivery terms are valid from 1 April 2024. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms, so remember to review our delivery terms separately before each order. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering
Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the product prices, and the shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
Payment
The payment service provider for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID: 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is processed through Visma Pay’s online service, and the payee shown on bank statements and invoices is Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transfers payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information relating to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can access the payment transaction details.
The purchase agreement is formed between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.
Payment Methods

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payments in online stores in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

OP Lasku – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to customers of all banks. With OP Lasku you can make purchases of up to €5,000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several instalments. Your purchases are visible in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. A credit limit helps you keep your spending within the limits you choose. You receive invoices conveniently by email. In our online service you can view information about your OP Lasku usage and the total amount of your purchases. You can use OP Lasku if you are financially solvent, over 20 years of age, and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank. More information about OP Lasku can be found here.
Alisa Lasku is a flexible and secure payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over 20 years of age for all types of purchases. Alisa Yrityslasku is a flexible and secure payment method for businesses. The payment method is suitable for all Finnish companies regardless of their legal form. The buyer’s purchasing rights are verified entirely digitally and the transaction takes only a few minutes. Shipping
Orders are dispatched on weekdays. The delivery time for products in stock is generally 3–5 business days. If products are not in stock, the delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks.
Note! Exceptional delivery times, for example due to production backlogs, will be announced on the online store front page or product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages caused by delays. Shipping costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs at the online store checkout before final confirmation of the order.
If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported without delay, and within 14 days, to the online store. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported without delay to the company responsible for the delivery.
Return Policy
The online store customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Engraved products cannot be returned. The customer is entitled to one return per order, in which case they may return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and account number with the return for any possible refund.
Products cannot be exchanged. You can order replacement products from the online store as normal.
Note! As a customer, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return.
We will refund the amount you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
We will refund the price of the returned products to the payment method used for the order directly through our online store’s payment service provider Visma Pay.
If you have paid via online banking, Visma Pay will send you a direct request for your account number by email. If you have used card payment or mobile payment, the refunded amount will be credited immediately. Therefore, your account number will not be requested separately. If the payment method was invoice or instalment, the billing will be cancelled.
As the returner, you are responsible for ensuring that the products being returned are completely unused, intact, and in a resalable condition. If the returned products do not meet these conditions, Poimu has the right to charge a depreciation of the product’s value up to the full price.
Poimu does not accept returns sent cash on delivery.
Note! Leaving an order uncollected is not considered a return, in which case we will deduct the return costs from the amount refunded to the customer.
Returns
Include the packing slip you received with the shipment and mark the products being returned on it.

Order Cancellation, Liability For Defects & Complaints
Before delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by email.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in sold products. In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
Warranty Terms
The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on basket-style Poimu berry pickers and a 2-year warranty on Poimu rake-style pickers. The warranty covers normal berry picking use only. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage that has clearly been caused by abnormal use or an accident, such as dropping, a hard impact, or crushing. If a Poimu berry picker breaks during normal use, the manufacturer primarily requests that the picker be sent in for repair. No costs for repair or freight will be charged to the customer if the repair is deemed to fall within the scope of the warranty terms.
For warranty matters, please first contact our customer service and send a photo of the damaged picker or its part. The picker should not be sent back before this has been separately agreed upon, so that the shipment is not left uncollected, for example due to holidays.
Consents
Poimu may send the customer an email request to review the product they have purchased. If the customer does not respond to the message within a set period of time, an automated reminder message will be sent to the customer. Leaving a review is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.
