Description
The Large Poimu is a high-capacity and efficient berry picker, yet still agile and lightweight to handle. The wide picker makes picking in a good patch extremely fast and enjoyable. With a volume of over four litres, the Large Poimu does not need to be emptied as often as smaller pickers.
The following improvements have been made to the 2025 model:
- The front edges of the stainless steel handle have been rounded, as a result of which the edges of the handle do not press against the picker’s index finger.
- The picker’s basket is slightly upright relative to the handle, meaning the back of the picker sits slightly lower than the front.
- The front of the wooden handle has been shaped to be even more ergonomic.
- The wooden handle has been oiled.
All Poimu models feature an ergonomic, warm, and firm wooden handle, which allows you to keep picking even through a longer day. The strong and long tines detach berries from the bushes and separate them from debris before they reach the picker’s basket. The aluminium body, stainless steel handle frame, thick tines, and hardwood handle are a guarantee of the picker’s longevity.
Text and images can be engraved on the picker, such as the picker’s name or a company logo. Browse the engraving product.

I have only picked a couple of buckets with each (large and small) so far, but the difference compared to cheaper store products is clearly noticeable. Although the larger one is really big for a picker, it is surprisingly agile. Both are also “gentle” with the berries. At least I got the feeling that the picker does not catch on the bushes.

Good, durable pickers. Easy to clean right after use. The larger one is surprisingly LARGE, but suitable for my husband. The edges of the metal part just after the wooden handle section are sharp and risk causing a blister between the thumb and index finger.

Useamman tunninkin poiminnan aikana tuntuu hyvältä käteen. Piikit pysyvät suorassa. Kokoamisessa käytetyissä popniiteissä pitkät kannat – haittaa hiukan vain puhdistusta. Hyvä ostos.

Poimu hyvin täytti odotukset. Parannus ehdotus silti olisi, seinämä jonka takana poimitut marjat pitäisi pysyä voisi olla hieman korkeampi tai malliltaan erilainen. Nyt ^ ja ehdotus /.
Myös seinämän sivusaumoihin roskat tahtovat tarttua, pienessä määrin tosin.

Todella mukava käyttää. Poimii marjat siististi ja roskia kertyy huomattavasti vähemmän kuin muovisella poimurilla. Miksi en hommannut jo aikaisemmin.
